Your Stylescope for December 27, 2010

Find out who in the fashion world shares a birthday with you and learn your destiny for the year. Guaranteed.

People in fashion born on December 27:
Marlene Dietrich, German actress and style icon; 1901
Chrystéle Saint Louis Augustin, French model; 1974
Anansa Sims, American model; 1978

Happy birthday, hot stuff! I am so pleased to share your Stylescope with you for the upcoming year, because it is going to be a sexy one. And how often do you get to hear that you are guaranteed to receive a bit of attention? Never nearly enough, I’m betting! To begin with, I point you toward the list of your fellow birthdayers, three very sexy women who are not only beautiful but also alluringly empowered and intelligent. (They actually remind me so much of you, 12/27ian!) Chrystéle is a hawt French supermodel, Anansa earned an MBA but found her calling as a model and Marlene, well, she’s only about the most hypnotic babe to ever grace the silver screen. She was also a master of the quip, once drolling in her fabulous German accent, “Glamour is what I sell, it’s my stock in trade.” I tell you about these women for inspirational purposes: They are perfectly comfortable calling the shots, being unique individuals, refusing to compromise and embracing their sexuality. And this fits in with the outlook for your year ahead, cupcake. When I was meditating on your future I saw a great deal of energy accumulating in the, shall we say, carnal areas of your life force. I do believe you are putting out powerful signals that will attract interesting partners! But what is key here is that these paramours will be more interested in what’s upstairs than down; in other words, it is what you do and say that will draw their attention. So spend less time fussing with your appearance and work more on getting your mind into great shape. Consider Marlene’s other famous line: “Darling, the legs aren’t so beautiful; I just know what to do with them.” She understood that we have no control over what we’re born with, but what we do with what we’ve got is entirely our own decision. Follow her advice and I promise you that you’re going to be very surprised at who comes knocking.

Enjoy your fabulous, sexy year, Capricorn. And, please, do everything that I would do! —The Style Swami
